Bradford Felder Named to NFIB/Louisiana Leadership Council

The National Federation of Independent Business, Louisiana’s leading small business association, has named Bradford Felder to its state Leadership Council.  As a member of NFIB/Louisiana’s 18-member Leadership Council, Felder will assist in developing the association’s statewide agenda and building strategies to support small business throughout the state. Leadership Council members are nominated by either NFIB’s state director or current members and elected by the council.

“The small business owners who serve on our state Leadership Council not only advise NFIB on key issues but also are strong advocates for small businesses, telling our story to state and federal lawmakers,” said Renee Baker, state director of NFIB/Louisiana.

“Brad brings tremendous energy and experience in dealing with the legal issues facing Louisiana’s small businesses,” Baker said. “We’re glad to have him on board.”

NFIB is the nation’s leading small business association, with offices in Washington, D.C., and all 50 state capitals. Founded in 1943 as a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, NFIB gives small and independent business owners a voice in shaping the public policy issues that affect their business. NFIB’s powerful network of grassroots activists send their views directly to state and federal lawmakers through our unique member-only ballot, thus playing a critical role in supporting America’s free enterprise system. NFIB’s mission is to promote and protect the right of our members to own, operate and grow their businesses.
